It typically takes 1-2 business days to process orders and prepare them for shipment and this does not take into account weekends or holidays. This means that an order placed on Friday might not ship until the following Tuesday, so keep this in mind when placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: this does not apply to pre-sale orders. What is your shipping policy?

We are able to cancel orders as long as they have not been packed and shipped yet (unless otherwise stated on the product page.) We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation if your order has already been processed for shipment. Can I cancel my order?

I'm sorry to hear that your items didn't work out! We've got you covered, though! Once you go through the return portal, you will receive a return shipping label in your email. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip that comes with it to get everything ready for your return. When we get your package, we'll take care of processing the return and issuing a refund. It usually takes about 7-10 days to complete everything, so thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, we're here for you. Just let us know!
